How do I set it up?

I have made a number of videos outlining the structure I personally use to structure my own life, this is a highly adaptable system and you can easily adjust it to suit your own life! Over the next few days I will be uploading in detail videos on youtube with a complete breakdown of how to set up a brand new journal and exactly how you're going to start implementing and customising it to fit your work flow and personal goals!
